Cannot find record JOBPARAMINSTS - Scheduler

We've got Datastage 6 running. Everything worked fine including the scheduler.

Later on we reran the server installation to add NLS finctionality. After that : All the jobs is running if you do it manually. But we can't schedule anything - getting the following message. please help.

Cannot find record JOBPARAMINSTS in executable job file RT_CONFIG290
