Cannot find oracle DLL from system path

Hi,

Im getting this error when I try to expand an oracle database when Im setting up a backup.....
Backup agent error --(220)Cannot find oracle DLL from system path, please set system path properly to include oracle dll directory

any ideas?

I have Arcserve 11.1 but on my oracle server when I drill down the regedit .... I aint got any dbasql...?
