Cannot find mailbox after move

I have moved my mailboxes to a new server.
But now users cannot locate their mailbox unless the old server is still available.
My intention is to remove this server.
Any ideas

YOu have to leave the old server online long enough for everyone to connect and have the old server redirect them to the new server.

Once all of your users have connected with Outlook and been redirected by your old server to the new one, then you can remove it from the mix.
