Cannot find file under NT SRV

Hi.I am trying to add Network Monitor Agent and tools on my NT Server.I do the following..Control Panel,Network,Services,Add,Select it,Choose Have disk.Now heres the problem.It says 'Cannot find oemsetup.inf'But instead of allowing me to browse for it it just says 'Retry or Cancel'.Even if i explicity type the path to the file i get the same error.I know it wants the file relating to my specific NIC card and if i could browse for it it would be O.K but i can't.Why will it not let me browse?This is driving me nuts...Can anyone help?

it should be looking for the i386 (winnt setup files) directory...

Actually, you shouldn't need to click on "have disk". Select the Network Monitor Tools and Agent, say OK and it should ask you for the NT CD. If it doesn't find it in the default place, it'll ask you where it is...
