Cannot find database DLL 1

We are using ACCPAC Corporate Series 4.2 with SM, AP, G/L and LANPAK on a WIndows 2000 Server with Pervasive.SQL 2000 Server. Our workstations are Windows XP Pro.

We just added another WOrkstation and I installed the Pervasive Client and did the ACCPAC Workstation Setup off the Server. I also installed LANPAK.

I have no problem accessing the data from the workstation but am getting the message "cannot find Database DLL" when I try to print some reports (ie. A/P Checks & G/L Chart of Accounts). Other reports I can print fine, such as Vendor List, Posting Journals, Trial Balance).

I should mention the XP Workstation previously had a standalone version of Corporate 4.2A, but I uninstalled everything before adding to the network.

Can anyone tell me if this is a Pervasive problem or a Crystal Reports problem, and how do I resolve.



 
Delete the C:\Windows\Crystal folder and rerun workstation setup.
Remember to install the system manager service pack as well.
Check you PATH and make sure that there is only one reference the CA_APPSW and to Accpac\Runtime (if 4.2 had a path to Accpac\Runtime, it's been a while and I cannot remember right now if one is required with 4.2).
