Cannot find bos.adt.prof.4.3.3.0. 1

Hi,

I am trying to download the PTF bos.adt.prof.4.3.3.0 from IBM's web site and I've got no success do far.
I go to

http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/rs6k/fixdb.html,

then select "AIX version 4" and "fileset name". Then I write the fileset name and click "find fix". The query results page show me the PTF but when click "get fix package" I get the message:
"The item you have selected, U466050 , has generated an empty fix package. This is most likely a result of selecting an AIX level that already contains the item."
I checked that by typing "lslpp -l" and bos.adp.prof.4.3.3.0 was not there.
I've tried to select diferent AIX levels and I haven't found the PTF I want in any of them.
Is there another way I can get bos.adt.prof.4.3.3.0 ??

It is not PTF, it's component of AIX base file set.
so you didn't find PTF site.
If you have got AIX V4.3.3 Base CD, you will find it
hope to advice this mail.

I have found bos.adt.prof.4.3.3.0 at

http://techsupport.services.ibm.com/aix/fixes/v4/os/bos.adt.prof.4.3.3.0.bff.

When I tried to install that bff it complained that it requires bos.adt.prof.4.3.0.0 !
Then I tried to find 4.3.0.0 and didn't get it. Do you think bos.adt.prof.4.3.0.0 is also in aix 433 cd ?? Is there another way, besides the aix CD, I could get it ??

I believe it is saying you need the base level FIRST from the original cds before
you can get the patch... So

Go into smitty install_all ( for ALL AVAILABLE software...not just latest...)

and after you select your cd..... on the second line where it says what to install...press f4 to call up all names.........then search for bos.adt

(search is I believe / but check your terminal.at the bottom for the key...)
make sure that all the developers software is selected by having a > in front of it..
(select them with the f7 l believe...but read the screen)
especially the profiling if that is what you are looking for.

After the original is installed, then you can load the patch........

I installed 4.3.3.0 from the AIX CD. That's the only way, indeed.
