I have a customer that cannot fax to certain numbers.
Using IP Office 8.0.(53)"Is not the Issue" Used Analog line and have the same problem.
troubleshooting:
1. Checked line for dial tone.
2. Call Customer A and calls connects and I can here Fax answering.
3. Faxed to Customer A and Call connects but when tries to transmit connection drops.
4. Send fax to B Customer on the same area (city) and it goes through.
5. Ask Customer B to the fax to Customer A and fax goes through.
6. Moved fax to a different port. Did not work
7. Used two other fax machines and have same results
8. Used Analog line and have the same problem.
Waiting for Customer A to send fax make, model and service provider information.

About ten years ago, I came across the same issue with and ATT circuit and a G3 fax machine. There where some areas where customer could not faxed. I replaced the Fax machine and problem was fixed.
Any suggestions???
