Cannot export to Acrobat or Word on CR10 Report Viewer

I have got a application which uses the crystal 10 viewer, but I cannot export to Acrobat or Word. It seems all the other formats like, csv, excel, crystal work fine.

For example, I have the report viewer open with the report showing, click on export, I get the export options, but then it just closes and does not ask for a export location, I must be missing something, but what is it.

Does anyone know what the CR10 acrobat and word exports need to run correctly or a good link to a site explaining it.

After some web searching I found that I needed ATL.dll in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.5\bin folder and had to register ExportModeller.dll and crtslv.dll.

For anyone who has problems deploying the CR10 viewer, here is my notes.

The following files may need to be in the system32 directory of windows, depending on how the report viewer is called (I am using delhpi).

Registry Entries
You need to have the following registry key to correctly register all the crystal and windows dlls for the report viewer.
