Cannot export report from the web

i am using an evaluation copy of crystal report 8.5.
the application im developing is using ASP and MS SQL SERVER. Through the asp, i pass parameters that calls a stored procedure to create a crystal report. The report is successfully displayed in the web but i cannot export it in any format.

I have copied the file 'rptserver.asp' as provided in the evaluation copy.

i hope you guys can help me.
