Hi All,

need some help ... AGAIN...

IP O contact store installed working perfectly for the last year or so.

now all of a sudden users, including admin, can not export recordings to the desktop

When exporting the file the bar at the top is in red 1/1 or 6/6 depends on what file is selected...
Please assist.

What browsers are they using?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Further to this, the following occurs,

When i want to listen to a recording, the fault is displayed, no longer available in this location or somthing similar.
Had a look at my Recordings dir and there is no recordings there either.
From what i could see on another thread, is that someone had it once where a back up did not run properly.
I do not want to move my dir for recording as i understand it would permanently erase all available recordings....

any help here???

IPO is on R8.0
VM pr is on *.0
CS on the same server as VM pro is on 7.8.1,16

So it looks like the details are still in the database but the actual recordings are not where they should be.

The first step is that you need to find those recordings (the wav and xml files).

If they've been saved with the right folder structure, just moving them back to the right folder should be enough. If otherwise, its a bit harder but still possible.

have you restarted the IP Office Contactstore service? [LDP] Yes i have, as well as the host server
