cannot export Crystal Queries

I am using Crysal Reports v7.5. A problem has emerged with exportin queries. If I generate a query and then try to export the results the following message appears :

[Check Status}: cqw32.exe - Application Error.
The instruction at "0x77fcb375" referenced memory at
"0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".
Click on ok to terminate the program.

If I click on OK, the message changes to read as above except for first reference - it becomes "0x77fcb7d4".
Thwn when I click on OK, message clears.
I nor any other user at my installation can export query results at all.

Has any one seen this before and suggest any answers, please ?

Crystal reports does not have a V7.5. Maybe you are using an OEM Version of Crystal that was bundled with some other software?

Are you trying to export a crystal report, or a crystal query? Crystal Queries are made by the program which used to be called Crystal Query Designer, and is now called Crystal SQL Designer. Crystal Reports are made in Crystal Reports itself. You get both programs if you have the developers version of Crystal Reports.

Also, what format are you trying to export to? Do you get this error regardless of the format you try to export? Please advise. Software Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
