Cannot export CallPilot Reporter reports

After generating a report the customer tries to export in Excel format. The user is not presented with save options. Reporter produces a Crystal Reports page (1st page) with which they can do nothing. Same senario with any other export format.

Reporter version is 04.04.04.17. Java version is 1.3.

Any ideas why this would suddenly start happening?
