Cannot enter customer in invoice entry

Hi!

We have one Accpac user that cannot enter customer in AR invoice batch. She can see lists in finder but when selected, only blank appears in data entry. She doesn’t have any problem when using other computer with the same user ID so there is no problem with her restrictions. What can we do about this?
