Cannot enable voicemail pro client interface

I'm having trouble accessing the voicemail pro client on an IPOSE R10.1 system. Logged into Web Manager and can see that the "enable voicemail pro client interface" option is set to "No". Toggled this setting to "Yes", however, every time I change it to "Yes" and click update, after a few seconds it resets back to "No" again.

I've tried different browsers and PC's but it does the same thing every time.

Has anyone encountered this issue before, or know how to resolve it?
