We just updated our file server and put on a new NT Exchange.<br><br>In Outlook I can see my contacts in my personal folder.<br><br>However when I want to send new e-mail and I need to look up the name, the contacts list is not available (not there to be seen).<br><br>Can anyone help?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Glenn

Cannot email to contacts in Outlook

Right click on contacts, click on properties, go to outlook address book tab and check the box that says show as outlook address book. The outlook address book service has to be installed for this to work.
