One of my users cannot send an internal email to any of the groups (lists) or reply to an external email. She recently changed her name, so in Exchange 5.5 we added the new username and SMTP address and X.400 address. The only thing remaining from her original name is the directory address (on the Advanced Tab)...this is blacked out.
The error is:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subj:
Sent: date/time
The following recipient could not be reached:
**** on Date Time
Unable to deliver the message due to a recipient problem
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:WHERE
