Cannot edit/view Recurring meetings in OL 2002

My user had a new profile created (not by me) and now he cannot view/edit any recurring appointments in his Outlook 2002 Calendar, not even appointments he recently created himself under the new profile. I checked the permissions on the folder and he has full access to his own profile and he is a local admin, also checked the registry keys and they show him having full access...

Any ideas? And he can open normal appointments without any problem, just recurring meetings do not open,
