Cannot Edit Shared Outlook 2007 Contact Categories

Hello,

I have a user who has publishing editor rights to another users contacts in outlook 2007. When she goes to edit a contact's category, she cannot add new categories nor can she edit existing ones, such as giving it a new name. All the buttons are greyed out. I shared her contacts with me with same perms and it works fine. Any help is appreciated.
