Cannot e-mail out in Outlook or Oulook Express

I cannot e-mail out in Outlook or Oulook Express unless the recipient is the address book. Any ideas?

Hmmm...sounds like your client doesn't see your server. Do you use Exchange as the server?

What happens if they're not in the address book?
