Cannot downlod a FLV video

Hi guys,

Any idea of how to download a flash video? I have Tube Tv and Flash Video Downloader 2 for Mac OS X but since the video it does open in a different window i don´t know how to do it right. This is the sample.



By the way, i have also a PC at home if Mac soft doesn´t do the work i could download some PC App for downloading the video.

Any help or ideas?
