cannot download, need help

Hello, I am trying to download morpheus to my new Dell Computer and it keeps tellimg me I am missing a small software component, and will not complete the download. It doesn't tell me what it is or how to go about getting it. I tried contacting Morpheus and they suggested I contact you. Thanks in advance for your help. :)
