Cannot Download anything?

HI!

I just did a new install of Windows XP Pro... for some reason I cannot download anything from email, messenger won't work etc...

Any ideas?

OH Yah...

THis is the error I am getting

Internet explorer cannot download Setupdl.exe from download.microsoft.com

Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet Site, The requested site is unavailable or cannot be found... Pls try again later...

I also get that msg when I try to download my email as well

You probably have incorrect DNS settings from your ISP .
Check on the ISP's homepage what ip addresses their DNS server are , and compare them with yours .

Open Run
Type in CMD
And in the cmd window type:
IPCONFIG /ALL
