Cannot display public folder calendar in Outlook 2007

When I navigate to the public folders and click on a public calendar, I receive "Cannot display the folder". User is running outlook 2007 and has the same permission as everyone else. Everything was working for the user yesterday.

Anyone knows how to fix this?
