Cannot Display ASP Pages

On one of our Windows 2000 Servers we are unable to display any ASP pages. If we try and open a page we get an Error 500: Internal Server Error, after turning off Show Friendly HTTP Error Messages in IE it shows the message 'The Specified Module Could Not Be Found'.

Has anyone ever had this before? Or does anyone know what I could do to resolve this issue.
