Before Nortel will talk to me about some VoIP issues I am having (clipping, echoing, many parts replaced, crying, sobbing, etc) they want a Archlog file, which is understandable. So i start it up, and..it never finishes. I ran it for 17 hours. I can see the individual logs, but I do not know that if ALL of those logs make up a archlog, and if they dont Nortel wont accept them, why wont my BCM generate a archlog?
P.S Nortel has been pissing me off lately..how about you guys?? (The BCM 50 3.0 callpilot does not work with certain cellphones!..Do these guys test anyhing anymore!)
