One of our agents experienced an issue with his IPOCC software. He cannot dial using his IPOCC program.
It did not hanged up, it's just that he cannot dial using his IPOCC after an hour or so.
What he did is to log-out and restart / relaunch his IPOCC to be able to use it again.
When it happened, his other option is to dial manually using the avaya hardphone not through his IPOCC software.
