Cannot dial specific number....

I've got an end user that cannot dial his home number through his office phone. I can call the number through any other office phone but his times out. If he tries it several times it eventually goes through. Any ideas?

I have an IP406 system with a 4406D+ set.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
look under the user shortcodes.

User shortcode are at before system short codes.

maybe number conflict ?

when he dials it fast does it work ?
