Cannot dial out from analog sets

Hi,

I have issue with some analog sets on CS1000 R6.0, they cannot dial out either for external or internal numbers, however they can receive calls, the other analog sets works good

It was working before, no change was made

I see many BUG1500 errors

Please any idea what can be the issue ?

Do they have dial tone but just cant dial? Sounds like a DTR issue

no dial tone, and cannot dial, however for other analog sets on the same system works

Check where the TN's are located for the analogue sets as you might need to reseat or reset any media cards on the same TN loop. You might have analogue cards spread across your MGC loops which is why some of them are working OK.
