In Callpilot I am trying to listen/rerecord some greetings. When I enter the number of the phone and then dial like 229 (mine), the phone doesn't ring or show up on the display that a call is incoming. I have been using it forever and then last week the problem started and I cannot dial to any phone ext. Do I need to powercycle the system?

Cannot Dial ext to record greeting

A reboot usually clears up a quirk like that.
