Cannot dial 1010457+1(phone number)

When I try to dial 1010457 +1 and the number, the line starts ringing after 11 digits which would be a regular 1+ the number dialing. I am using 9 to dial out on a PRI circuit. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

you have to program a route and destination under services for a 1010 call to go through on a pri.
