Cannot delete Printer

I cannot delete a printer. It keep saying deleting. It is not a user access issue as I have the highest right. It just doesn't want to deleted. The problem is that it does affect other workstations.

I've seen this happen if there is still a print job showing in the printer queue. If the printer is shared, stop the share, check the queue for jobs and try deleting again.
