Cannot delete drive pool

Hi

I am running Veritas Backup Exec 8.5 for Win2K. I have a problem where the autoloader is not responding. If I click on the drive and select scan it does nothing. I can manually load a tape using the buttons on the front. I want to delete the drive out of Veritas and reinstall it but it won't let me do it. It comes up saying "Could not remove drive pool" Any help would be appreciated.
