Cannot Delete Draft from Outlook

We have an exchange 5.5 server with Outlook 2000 clients. One user cannot do anything with one particular message in his DRAFTS folder - whenever we try to view / open / move / anything at all with this message we get an error saying UNKNOWN ERROR

How can I get rid of this message ??????

Is the user getting mail delivered to PST??

If so run scanpst which is found in 'drive':\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033
If you deliver to OST, try scanost.

If you deliver to mailbox on the server, run isinteg on the exchange server to check and repair the databases.
