cannot delete an user that is referenced by task flow 2

In Symposium, I am unable to delete some agents. Receiving msg:
cannot delete an user that is referenced by task flow

I do not have any reports or any task flow or schedules that are existing. I deleted the assignments. However still getting error message on either Web Client (4.5) and thick client. Netiher work.

Any help is appreciated. I have several agents that need to be removed. Last time I had an issue in deletion of users, a reboot corrected it.

Are these agents referenced directly in any script? I.E. QUEUE TO AGENT xxxx

none - checked all the scripts and all clear. As webadmin or in thick client as sysadmin, I should be able to see all of teh scheduled tasks, correct? I see none....

Yes, correct. I feel a re-boot coming on!

agree. wanted to make sure there wre no other way to fix without the need of rebooting ..again.

Did you check variables for the agent ID's as well?

yes...there was one variable with referencing agent.
removed from script and deleted. Rebooted as well. Thanks!
