SCH0807 (TN is valid but unable to match type)

Can anyone help please ?

Try LUU listing for your TN at the card level.

My NTPs are in my switchroom so I'm working from memory. Give this sequence a try;

LD 20
REQ: LUU
TYPE: 2000
TN: 28 0 8

It will list all 32 chls on tn 28 0 8 showing equip configued for the first 16 chnls.

that TN is probably not a 2616, might be a 2008 or 500. Print out the TN to confirm, then try outing it again.

Here are the steps for Mikenificent's proposal (which is probably right-on)

LD 20
REQ:pRT
TYPE:TNB

TN:28 0 8 12
DATE
PAGE
DES

This will print out the TN regardless of what the phone type is.

When you print the tn does the prt look ok? I had one recently that was populated and generated by the pbx. Some other things where going on too but we had corruption and had to parallel reload.
