cannot deciefer xp error message can u help

hey all
i have an error message coming up with xp pro. This has just been completely reformated, with a new hard drive put in, and cd/dvd burner. It keeps shutting down automatically, and giving me an error message.

I gather it is either a Ram problem, or it is a video card error, but am stumped as to find out what it is, as the comp keeps on shutting down when started,

error message is as follows

Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 80536ba7, parameter3 f6dbeb48, parameter4 00000000.


can anyone deciefer this? When you go into system to find out the error, microsoft can pick what it is either.

Plenty of hits at Google on this. Some mention a corrupt Paging File as the cause.
