Cannot create script engine

I am currently trying to develop shared modules for apache in Delphi 6.

I have run through a couple of tutorials, but each module i create gives me the following message:


Internal Application Error

Cannot create script engine: JScript. Error: 800401F0

could someone shed some light on this? I have no idea where to turn first...
