exchange 2003, outlook 2007.
I have a mailbox that is only used to email some reports to people from a server.
when we get an undeliverable message reply to these emails, I would like to forward that email to someone based on the subject line.
if the subject has "credit", I want it to go to jim, if the ndr subject has the word "weekly" I want it to go to steve.
this is an unattended mailbox, so I would need to make server side rule, but I dont see how to do that in outlook 2007.
I just create the rule, and it doenst seem to work, I would assume because it must be client side.
can I get some pointers?
