I have a 403 3.0 with 4412 telephones. This small office wants to park calls and for some reason I cannot get it to work. Using Manager I created 2 "Park" buttons and assigned them slot 1 & 2 on the number field (I assume this is correct?). When a call is received and I press one of the park buttons I lose the call and the park button does not blink. I also added these same park buttons on other phones. Additionally, I changed the buttons from "Park" to "Call Park" buttons with no luck. What do I need to do to park a call on one phone and pickup a call on another using buttons only?

Could this be an issue with the 403 or the 4412 phones? I tested the "Park" button using slot 1 & 2 on a SOE with 5410 phones with absolutely no issues at all

Well I tested a 4412 on the SOE using Park 1 & 2 with no problems. Now I'm thinking the issue might be with the 403 3.0?

It seems as though the call is being parked somewhere but when I hit the park button the button does not blink green on the phone that is parking and it does not blink red on the other phones. Still trying!

I had EXACTLY the same problem - I worked it out somehow, by using the other Park Button, situated in Advanced\Call\CallPark - this seemed to work for me! Bug???

I believe that it is a bug and I am almost certain it is corrected in the patch that I have for another system (acutally just saw a post on this site!!!! Yahooo!!!) 3.0(44)
