CRM 4.0 working fine (upgraded from 3.0 few months ago). A new AD user created last week and I'm trying to create them in CRM 4.0 and get error "an error has occurred." That's about as detailed as it is. No error in any event logs on my machine or CRm server.
I checked AD and that user now appears in the CRM groups Reporting Group and User Group, so it did part of the setup. I was able to successfully add another user in CRM without an error.
