Cannot create mailbox for some users

Hi,

I am currently moving my users from IMail to Exchange 2000 SP3.

A couple of users do not allow the creation of a mailbox through the exchange tasks, all that it lists is Enable Instant Messaging. (All the other 70 users have been fine)
When you look at the Exchange General tab everything is grayed out.

I can only solve this (It happened to me) by deleting the account and recreating it. However this screws up the Profiles under XP. :(
