building a replacement mailserver for a client with Postfix, Courier-imap, etc. Also he will ONLY use Outlook Express as the mail client.
Problem I am having, requirement to have folders at same level as Inbox (not as subfolders of Inbox) like this:
Account name
Inbox
Sent
Drafts
topic1
topic2
topic2
etc
the only way I have been able get the OE folder tree to display the way the client requires is to put "Inbox" in the Root Folder Path field of the account properties.
I can create subfolders for any of the folders except for Inbox, when I do it goes on the same level as all the others and not under Inbox. I do get an error message from OE, the code is 800cccd2 but Google searching has not lead to anything that seems to fit my situation. If I leave the Root Folder Path field blank everything goes under the Inbox folder and trying to create a folder at the same level as Inbox gives me the same error code.
I'ts probably some rights/permissions setting that I'm too ignorant to see and that someone will kindly point out my error(s) to me.
TIA
Mark
