Cannot create full-text Catalog on SQL Server 2k

When I try to create a full-text catalog, I have the following message :
"The Microsoft Search service cannot be administered under the present user account"

I'm logging in SQL Server 2000 as "sa". MS Search Service is launch with the local system account, MS SQL Server service too.
