Cannot create Calendar entries

Hello,

I have a user who cannot add/amend/delete any items in their Calendar. Its strange because if they use OWA to amend their calendar it works fine. I've deleted and re-created their mailbox and still get the same problem. They do not any error messages, I've tried repairing and reinstalling Office on their machine!

Any thoughts?

ummm, strange.

If you have re-created the mailbox and owa works i suppose that elimantes a mailbox permissions problem.

And re-installing office elimantes the machine.

So is it a roaming profile?

have you deleted the nk2 file (holds specific user outlook data, like auto type) and the profile application data.

If the user siit on a different PC does it happen (assuming no roaming profile?)

does the local outlook profile (e-mail accounts) match the user name? (strange question but i had a user mhoy using mhoy1's mailbox but loging onto mhoy)
