I have a com object written in 32 bit Visual Foxpro 9.0, that runs successfully on a Windows XP, Windows 7 64 bit, Win2003 & Win2008 server machines. When I run the same ASP.NET 2.0 application under IIS 7 on Windows 7 32 bit machine and attempt to instantiate my com object I get the error above (using The control has been properly registered using regsvr32.

IIS supports a 32bit and 64bit application pool, which could have to do with this. So is it really a 32bit Windows7?

Bye, Olaf.

yES, The machine is 32 bit. I know about setting the 32 bit setting in IIS. This setting does not appear in 32 bit OS.

RUNNING REGSVR32 USING using elevated priviledge WORKED!!! Thanks
