Cannot create a EADR ISO CD image - option grey-out

Hello all,
I am trying to prepare an ISO CD image but the option to select Enhanced Automated System Recovery is grey-out. I did install data protector ASR component on all clients and have performed full backup of the clients. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I am missing? This is a Windows 2003 OS Cell manager and clients. Thanks
