Cannot copy outlook: Data Error (Cyclick redundancy error)

Hi All,

I saw this error(Cannot copy outlook: Data Error (Cyclick redundancy error)) when I wanted to copy Outlook data from one folder to another,

Please how can I fix this.

The Cyclic Redundancy Error usually indicates a physical error on the media you are using. If it is on your server, you could very well have a defective hard disk and it might be worth running some form of hardware diagnostics to determine this. If a physical error is the cause, you could be in trouble as far as recovering the Outlook data you want and other data stored on the hard disk.
