I came across this problem on a Flash (forgot the software version) on a 0x32, T1 release software. I was building a mailbox and got as far as "class of service", once i entered the class, it said "cannot continue" and then exit. I ended up having to change the dn number and build a new mailbox to get around this. I guess it did not like the original extension number.
Any idea's?

FYI I just had a Call Pilot 100 do the same with me. CP locked up and had to be reset to default then when attempting to build mailboxes got the cannot continue alarm. I replaced the unit since it was under warrantee yet.

So is this a common problem, or is it only on certain software versions?
