cannot connect

I have a CP200 in a meridian 1 that when I try to connect it says that the connection cannot be made
"A server connection could not be established.Site Name: C:\CallPilot Administration ClientSystem Name: 137.135.128.253Please try again later."
I have tried to get to it via web but could not do that also. I can ping the IP address.
NEED HELP ONSITE
