Cannot connect via webpage

Hi,

Everything was working then all of a sudden all our agents webpages get 'This site can’t be reached' and we cannot connect via the webclient anymore.

I can connect using the UI and the extension is connected to the IPO.

Would a reboot of the IPOCC fix this?
